GARLIC 101 is the ultimate aged hot sauce.
Scotch bonnet peppers undergo an extended ferment in a small oak barrel, conditioned with Wild Turkey 101 straight bourbon. The pepper mash is blended with roasted garlic which has been fermented for a minimum of six months.
Due to the extended aging, no vinegar is added to this sauce, giving you the full flavour of the peppers & garlic with a hint of salt and whiskey.
This annual release is available now, limited to 25 bottles.
