Bass Face shows just what you can do with a few everyday ingredients, carefully prepared and fermented to perfection. As bold as it is simple, this is your five-a-day fermented into a feisty and upfront sauce. Charred peppers, fermented along with our classic roasted trinity of carrot, garlic and scotch bonnet, and finished with roasted onions, this sauce perfectly balances sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami and is a must have for any hot sauce head.
