Black No.1 is our most luxurious creation to date. Experiments began to create a hot sauce using black garlic in 2018, and the finished article is a unique and unparalleled taste sensation. Black No.1 has a mild heat level to ensure that you can taste the delicious and complex umami of the carefully selected ingredients. Black garlic is fermented along with roasted carrots and garlic and blended with our 60 day aged scotch bonnet mash. Finished with cocoa powder and balsamic vinegar to really dial up the richness of this, our signature premium Darkfire sauce. Heat level 2/5.
