No range of fermented hot sauce would be complete without some kimchi! Our kimchi sauce is an homage to this wonderful food and the long tradition of kimchi making in Korea. It has evolved from early batches of baechu-kimchi made at Darkfire HQ, to our current sauce which made in a similar way, and then mashed ready to be fermented using our unique process.
