To celebrate our second anniversary and the continued expansion of Darkfire Hot Sauce, we are very proud to announce: RADIO NAGA
RADIO NAGA is the ultimate spice-led hot sauce. Inspired by a lifetime appreciation of eating & sharing Indian cuisine with family and friends, we have created a custom spice blend to perfectly complement the 11-month aged naga chili base.
Using a combination of cumin, coriander, mustard, pepper, fenugreek, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon, we have balanced the chili and spices with roasted carrot, garlic & onion, lime juice and brown sugar. All spices were milled and toasted on the day of production to maximise their flavour potential. Fresh ginger and turmeric take this one to the next level.
We have used 50% yellow naga mash in this sauce, showcasing our signature lengthy maturation process to create sauces that pack both heat and flavour. This sauce is a one-off batch of 52 numbered bottles, with a unique hand-finished label and trim.
