Breaking new flavour ground for Darkfire, this rich and creamy hot sauce takes its main flavour notes from horseradish and fennel. Made using a base of slow roasted onions, with heat from fermented pequin peppers grown in Manchester. All vegetables sourced from local independent greengrocer Ward’s of Stirchley. This will be great on a roast dinner or hearty sandwiches.

Root Down: Roasted onion, white vinegar, fennel, water, pequin peppers*, horseradish, salt.
