Smoke Ringz was the first sauce that we created to fill a gap in the market – all the smoky sauces I had tried were too mild or too vinegary. A twist on a classic chipotle sauce was brought to life, with scotch bonnets bringing a bit more heat than the mild chipotle. This is slightly sweet and very smoky with big hit of garlic for good measure. Heat level 2/5.
