Sugar Daddy

Probably one of the most easily recognisable condiments on the planet, sriracha sauce needs no introduction. A relative newcomer to the Darkfire squad, we realised that we didn’t have a sweet chili sauce… or a Sririacha… and thus, Sugar Daddy was born! Using our special trinity of roasted carrot, garlic and chili, we have pumped up the garlic and added light brown sugar to a monster! It’s sweet chili sauce for people who don’t like sweet chili… and those who do! As David Tran (founder of Huy Fong Foods) says “Hot sauce must be hot.
