It’s our third anniversary! To celebrate, we have a brand new sauce for you:
Desperado is a Mexican mole inspired barbecue sauce made with chocolate habanero peppers.
We have added dried guajillo and ancho peppers, blueberries, cherries, and blackberries, plus fresh herbs, freshly toasted spices, cocoa, and raisins. This is a rich, sweet, and smoky sauce that will complement Mexican dishes, grilled food, or anything that needs a complex, sweet and smoky hit!
Ingredients: Passata (tomatoes, citric acid), chocolate habanero*, roasted red onion, carrot*, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, water, raisins, sugar, garlic*, salt, ancho chili, guajillo chili, cocoa, smoked salt, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, oregano, thyme, black pepper.
