Pickles I Have Known And Loved: PiKHAL – Jalapeño & gherkin sauce
For the last few months I have been on a mission to find the best pickles for this sauce. The criteria: great taste, not too sweet, and no additives. After lots of tasty research and a small test batch, we are proud to a release PiKHAL to the world!
9 month aged jalapeño peppers & roasted garlic, blended with delicious gherkins and just enough brine to make you feel fine. Enjoy on burgers, sandwiches, salads or anything else you fancy. Heat level 1/5
Ingredients: Jalapeño*, Gherkins (gherkins, water, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, dill, onions, red pepper, spices (includes MUSTARD), garlic*, sugar, salt.
*denotes fermented ingredients. Allergens in bold. Made in a kitchen that may handle all allergens. Contents: 150ml. Shake well before use. Once open, keep refrigerated & use within 4 weeks. Best before: see base. Made in Birmingham by Darkfire Hot Sauce.
